Where Does My Reyra Jewellery Ship From?
Reyra is an Australian jewellery brand. Our designs and craftsmanship are based in Melbourne, where each piece is made by hand and prepared for dispatch.
Our gemstones are sourced from around the world, and your finished jewellery is shipped to you from Australia.
How Long Will My Jewellery Take To Arrive?
For made-to-order pieces, allow an estimated 8–18 business days, depending on your location. Pre-order pieces can take longer because production begins after the pre-order promotion closes.
Check the individual product’s delivery information before ordering. If you cannot find an estimate, contact Reyra.
Estimates do not include unexpected carrier delays caused by weather, customs or busy holiday periods.
Where In The World Do You Ship?
We ship within Australia and to supported international destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available and to see the applicable rate.
If your country or address is not accepted, contact Reyra before ordering. A country appearing in the currency selector does not necessarily mean shipping is available to every address there.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
For orders below A$250, shipping is AUD $11 within Australia and AUD $20 internationally. Orders over AUD $250 receive free shipping.
These amounts are in Australian dollars. Checkout confirms the shipping charge for your order and destination before you pay.
How Can I Track My Jewellery?
Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow its journey. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.

Can I Send My Order Directly As A Gift?
Yes. Enter your loved one’s address as the delivery address and use your own details for billing. Check the address carefully before paying.
Your jewellery will arrive in Reyra’s gift-ready box packaging. For a particular gifting request, contact Reyra before your order is dispatched.
Will I Need To Pay International Taxes Or Duties?
International charges depend on the destination and the way your order is processed. Review any taxes or duties shown at checkout, and check your local customs requirements before ordering.
If you need to know whether import charges are included for your destination, contact Reyra before paying. Please do not assume that all international duties are prepaid.
Do You Dispatch On Weekends Or Public Holidays?
Dispatch depends on when your piece is ready and when the carrier can collect it. Australian public holidays and carrier schedules can affect the timing.

My Tracking Says Delivered, But I Cannot Find My Order. What Should I Do?
Check your delivery address, safe places around the property, building reception and anyone who may have accepted the parcel. The carrier may also have left a collection notice.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier with your tracking number and contact Reyra with your order details so we can help investigate.
Why Has My Tracking Not Updated?
A tracking number can be created before the carrier’s first scan. Updates can also pause while a parcel moves between facilities or through customs.
Check again after the carrier has had time to process the parcel. If the pause seems unusual or your estimated delivery period has passed, contact Reyra with the tracking number.
Where Can I Find The Delivery Estimate?
Read the delivery information on the product page and any updates provided with your order. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces may have different timeframes.
If no estimate is shown, contact Reyra before ordering, especially if you are choosing a gift for a particular date.
What Is Combined Shipping?
Combined shipping means sending more than one piece from an order together in a single parcel. If pieces have different production times and are dispatched together, the parcel is ready when the last piece is ready.
If you need one item sooner, contact Reyra before ordering to discuss separate dispatch.
Why Combine Shipments?
Sending pieces together can reduce the amount of packaging and avoid multiple deliveries for the same order. It also keeps your pieces together when they are ready at the same time.
If timing is important, ask us about your pieces before placing the order.
Can I Receive One Piece Sooner?
If one piece is ready sooner than another, separate orders may let each follow its own dispatch timing. Separate shipping charges may apply.
